It is possible to return items by exercising the right of withdrawal exclusively within 14 days of receiving the package.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
It is possible to return faulty items, but only unused and undamaged items will be accepted. Once you fill out the form below, you will be sent an authorization code via email, to be used to arrange for our courier to collect the item at the customer’s expense.
