In such cases, shipments will be carried out on the <strong data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1611\">next working day<\/strong>. You may request your <strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1651\">tracking code<\/strong> via our WhatsApp customer service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1805\">For <strong data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1717\">European deliveries<\/strong> (excluding the exceptions listed above), delivery times are approximately <strong data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1802\">7 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"2087\">The indicated delivery times apply only to available items and begin from the moment of shipment.<br data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1907\" \/>If we are unable to ship the full quantity of purchased products, you will be promptly notified by our Customer Service. You may then cancel your order and receive a full refund.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2092\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2114\"><strong data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2114\">Special Cases<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2227\">As a general rule, the courier does <strong data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2159\">not<\/strong> make prior phone calls or handle specific delivery time requests.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2425\">If the customer is absent at the delivery address, the courier will leave a <strong data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2324\">delivery notice<\/strong> in the mailbox or near the intercom, providing a contact number to arrange a new delivery attempt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2626\">If multiple delivery attempts fail, the goods will be stored at the courier\u2019s depot, and our Customer Service will contact the customer to provide the necessary information to release the shipment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2780\">Deliveries can also be made to an <strong data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2685\">alternative address<\/strong> (e.g., your workplace): simply specify the correct delivery details when placing your order.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2908\">For security reasons, deliveries cannot be made to <strong data-start=\"2833\" data-end=\"2847\">P.O.
