Returns Information

To enter the return request, follow the procedure below.
Once the shipment has been made, at the end of a check by the internal staff, you will receive confirmation of a credit for an amount equal to the refund of the disputed item.

It is possible to return items by exercising the right of withdrawal exclusively within 14 days of receiving the package.

It is possible to return faulty items, but only unused and undamaged items will be accepted.

SEND YOUR RETURN REQUEST

Once you have sent your request to [email protected], you will be sent an authorization code via email, to be used to arrange for our courier to collect the item at the customer’s expense.
After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed to refund the returned items shortly. Otherwise, you will be contacted by our staff.

The credit will be made using the method selected at the time of the return request, for an amount equal to the price of the disputed item shown on the purchase documents.
