It is always an emotion and a joy to extract a clay object from the oven that has finally become “terracotta”. With its reddish base color and brilliant glazes that convey warmth, beauty and ease of use. All the pots are in fact made with natural Tuscan clay, a fully recyclable material that allows the heat to be distributed evenly over the entire surface of the pot, keeping the flavors and properties of the cooked food unaltered. Arcucci terracotta allows homogeneous cooking with the right humidity, is scratch-proof and thanks to a refined design, allows cooked dishes to be served directly on the table. Terracotta is an excellent conductor of heat, guarantees energy savings and, if used at low temperatures, allows you to cook excellent risottos. In the Patatiera you can get delicious potatoes cooked like on the grill, without adding liquids to the full advantage of the flavour; in about 40 minutes the potatoes put in the pan strictly in their skin roast perfectly, just enrich them with herbs with flavorings of your choice and a drizzle of oil.
