Description
Mineral B-Elmenet IRON pan coated with beeswax: temporary protection against oxidation and facilitates conservation.
nMaintenance: bring to smoking point, rinse with hot water, dry and then grease with plenty of olive oil. Store in a dry place.

nDo not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. Not leaving to soak in the sink leads to oxidation.

nWe do not recommend using the pan for: tomatoes, artichokes, lemon and foods with acidic connotations.

nIn case of oxidation, simply scrape off the rusty part with steel wool and it will be as good as new.
nCan be used on all heat sources including induction.
