Shipping Costs
For orders over €69.99, shipping within Italy is free of charge.
For orders under €70.00, a €6.90 shipping fee will be applied for deliveries within Italy, regardless of the order amount.
EU countries are divided into zones according to our courier’s guidelines:

Central Europe (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Slovenia): €19.90

Southern Europe (Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Spain): €29.90

Northern and Eastern Europe (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden): €29.90
Exceptions
Shipping to “remote areas” such as Corsica, Gibraltar, Andorra, Cyprus, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Norway, and all islands is considerably more expensive (approximately €70 per parcel).
The payment for shipping costs will be requested from the customer at a later stage, separate from the purchase transaction, and will be charged based on the weight/volume ratio of the goods.
All prices shown include 22% VAT.
Delivery Times
Orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) are processed on the same day, and delivery is guaranteed by our trusted courier within 3–6 business days from the date of purchase.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. In such cases, shipments will be carried out on the next working day. You may request your tracking code via our WhatsApp customer service.
For European deliveries (excluding the exceptions listed above), delivery times are approximately 7 days.
The indicated delivery times apply only to available items and begin from the moment of shipment.
If we are unable to ship the full quantity of purchased products, you will be promptly notified by our Customer Service. You may then cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Special Cases
As a general rule, the courier does not make prior phone calls or handle specific delivery time requests.
If the customer is absent at the delivery address, the courier will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox or near the intercom, providing a contact number to arrange a new delivery attempt.
If multiple delivery attempts fail, the goods will be stored at the courier’s depot, and our Customer Service will contact the customer to provide the necessary information to release the shipment.
Deliveries can also be made to an alternative address (e.g., your workplace): simply specify the correct delivery details when placing your order.
For security reasons, deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or postal offices offering “Hold for Pickup” services.
Order delivery times may vary in the case of handmade or hand-painted items, or products from partner companies not currently in stock.
